*REMEMBERING 2010

Not one day goes by that I don't think about how lucky I am to have my sweetie, my family and good friends who I love dearly. Some may be thousands of miles away but it's nice to know that they are there and they love me too!

I like to remember 2010 with the memories we created.

The smiles.
The laughters.
The love.
The time together.

Those are what matters.

The first time I met my 3 new beautiful nieces.
The sound of their giggles.
The touch of their little hands
Those little feet.
Their singing and dancing.

The sweet "Tita Blenda" coming from my eldest nephew's and eldest niece's voices.
The fun time we spent at Kid's Kingdom at the mall.
Those little embrace.

The reunions and get together.
The talks with my mom and dad.
The "remember when?" stories with my brother and sisters.
The chikahan moment with my brothers-and-sister in-law.
The love we share.

The reconnection with long lost friends.
The KITA-KITS.
The funny stories from way back when.
The true friendship...then, now and always.
The togetherness.

The "I'm sorry's"
The "I love you's"
The sad goodbyes.
The kisses,
And hugs

The moments.

2010 was a wonderful year...

*TOROTOT NA PARA SA 2011 !

...at wag kalimutan ,pwede daw isama ang kamatis para sa grupo ng mga bilog na prutas.

Harinaway, marami kayong natorotot.

*MAY BUKAS PA NAMAN EH

Minsan ang life ay parang isang malaking test
May mga problemang kailangang i-solve
May tagumpay
Meron ding kabiguan (whoa! ang lalim nito!)
May lungkot
Merong ligaya
At habang tinatahak natin ang buhay, may mga bagay tayong natututunan tungkol sa sarili natin.

Natutunan ko na meron akong "mañana-habit" or what is famously known as "procrastinator"

Di ko pa nababalot ang mga regalo
Di pa tapos ang pamaskong shopping ko
I have no idea kung kailan ko matatapos ang family website namin that I started 7 months ago
Ang gulo pa rin ng bahay namin
Di ko pa alam kung ano susuot ko sa party bukas
I need a haircut
Di ko pa na un-pack ang isang bagahe namin from our Pilipinas vacation last month

Pero eto ako,naka-hilata...

Just like I always do, hanggang masyado nakong tambak at wala nang choice kundi tapusin na nang madalian o kaya deadmahin nalang. At pag sobra na ang stress, I'm no fun to be around... my poor Chuck would just want to run away from me.

Story of my life...

On a side note, pinalitan na ni Chucky ko ng bago shower head namin, He cleaned the bathroom nice too!

Habang ako naman ay na-upo,kumain ng tsokolate habang nano-nood ng TV.

I'll do the rest bukas or maybe next weekend... pag feel ko.

Miley Cyrus was caught using a bong with Salvia and cursing on cam... who cares , right? It's her life. Actually, the thing that bothered me most about this video was her laugh.

She sounded like a horse with a very bad cough... just sayin' :)

*MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL

When I look at the mirror...

I see kilay na kailangan nang i-pluck
I see wrinkles na nagsisimula ng dumami
I see nunal's
I see some puting buhok
I see dark circles around my eyes

When I look at the mirror...

I see a wife, a daughter, a sister
I see an aunt who wants to play with her nieces and nephew so bad

I see someone who will be a mother one day
in one way or another

I see an imperfect woman

on the outside

and inside

I see an adult who knows what she wants
what she needs
what she likes
and what she dislikes

When I look at the mirror...

I see a woman who is slowly realizing the there is more to life than Louis Vuitton, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes Benz at kung anu-ano pang mamahaling bagay.

...or being the crush ng bayan

...the prettiest

...or the skinniest

When I look at the mirror...

I see someone who loves to enjoy life
the little things
the wonderful moments with family and good friends.

When I look at the mirror...

I see dimples

I see poklat

I see smiles
I see smile lines

I see a work in progress....

*IF THIS HOUSE COULD TALK...

- would it tell me some amazing stories?

- would it tell me how my mom raised 4 children and did a pretty good job?

- would it tell me how hard my dad worked to support us?

- would it tell me that people in here worked altogether to overcome all the trials in life?

- would it tell me that there are a lot of laughter and love inside these walls?

- would it tell me how blessed I am to be part of this family?

PROBABLY....
